We are pleased to offer a shareware download "itbiz.eco" which we use for contact management and to respond to help calls. If you like the workflow layout and need support in areas of data inputs and data display per Ecco Notepads and the applied data filtering please call 843.525.9225. Our offices are using Ecco since 1995 with different templates and layouts. This template is still used by on-site support personal. You drag the client name from the phonebook to the calender time slot and fill the following columns: ServType, Location, Tech and Customer->Billing so it shows in the Invoicing Notepad (Filter: Invoicing). In case they need to use replacement parts they fill in Status->assmbld or Status->order for the part (as subitem, not as TLI (Top Level Item, the TLI is always the clients Phonebook Entry!) to show up in Order Status (Filter: Order Status). Don't forget to fill in COG (Costs of Goods Sold) to create a Warranty and Inventory Record.

For Help Calls drag the client from phonebook, describe the fix as subitem, choose ServType->HelpCall and checkmark the columns "Type" and "Solution" for the subitem to create a record in the HelpCall Notepad. The Tech just connects/synchs the laptop after return to the office to transfer all necessary data to the Accounting Dept. Once the Invoice is created the Accounting Dept. will fill Invoice->Invoice#, Sales Price and Shipping Cost (if there are any!) of the item or service. If payment is received you can clear the record by checkmarking the "Done" column. The columns (see: Priority!) are fine tuned to sync the data with all possible options to Palm Devices.

We mail-merge Client Data per the old WordPerfect 6.1 but recommend to get Jeff Sonnabends upgraded Mail Merge Program offered at the Yahoo EccoPro Support Group.

If you have ideas/recommendations/questions please feel free to share them. The Folders starting with "cc ..." are created by Call Commander Pro. Call Commander Pro can be downloaded from our EccoPro site. Sadly, there are compatibility issues with Windows 2000/XP.
