Additionally, for starters, our new installers include an EccoPro template by Wil Ussery called "Control.ect" based on the book "Master Your Workday Now!" by Michael Linenberger. He has created a very streamlined approach to tracking the "stuff" that needs to be handled on a daily basis.

We moved our new membership system to our portal Creative Services. It enables us to use the latest encryption system to protect programs and files of our download area and to prevent fraud, every logged in IP address is recorded. At the same time, we repackaged the EccoPro related ZIP files according to the subject matter and indexed the content whenever possible. Additionally, we made the EccoPro video tutorials produced last year available as downloads so you can study them offline in the comfort of your home.

You get the original very last build EccoPro 1997 version 4.0.1.363 of setup32.exe (a 16-bit installer) compressed as ZIP file in December of 2002 free if you click here. CompuSol-Creative Services will keep EccoPro alive. We updated our latest 32-bit and 64-bit installer for XP, Vista and Windows 7 and developed a separate Windows "one-click" EccoPro 64-bit installer to complement the EccoPro 32-bit installer. The new installer is limited to three installations per user and the user has to be a member of CompuSol's EccoPro support portal. You can register if you click here!. The automated setup will install all registry entries including the Palm conduits, the Microsoft Help programs necessary for Vista and Windows 7 and the "default.ect" template fix of YSWT. Exciting news for Palm and webOS users. Finally, after 14 years, manual editing of the Windows Registry is no longer required. Here is the good news: We are working with an established developer who is planing to free resources to create a direct (USB) HotSync application which would allow to sync EccoPro to most of all handheld devices like the IPhone and Android mobile phones without the hosted Google option.

In other news: One of Canada's youngest and most dynamic universities the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) just installed EccoPro for 1900 students on their institutionally owned laptop computers.

Some Geeks have figured out how to manipulate Ecco’s program structure, and are able to enhance the use of EccoPro with the help of some program extensions in areas never thought of before. Anybody interested in the EccoPro Version 3.01 - Intellilink 3.1.1 Combo click here. Intellilink works only with ECCO Version 3... but it's worth it. It saves many steps getting data in and out of ECCO. Intellilink links Ecco with ACT, ASCII text delimited, CaLANdar, Casio devices, Commence, dBase, Franklin, HP OmniBook and HP 95LX, Lotus Organizer, Excel, Schedule, Word, PackRat, Paradox, Psion 3 and 3A, many Sharp devices, Sharp Zaurus, Sidekick, Tandy devices, Windows Cardfile and WordPerfect. Of course, Intellilink was written in the mid-90's and might not work with your present operating system. Make Backups! The Intellilink Version 3.1.1 is the last version which supported EccoPro (Version 3). But EccoPro V.3 will open all your Version 4 files!
